Bešić, who currently plies his trade with Hungarian side, Ferencvárosi TC has been targeted by Celta sporting director, Miguel Torrecilla  to strengthen their back line, with his youth and versatility being the key aspects he favours in the player, according to Spanish sports daily, AS.

However, Celta would be unable to fight of the likes of English Premier League clubs and would be looking to wrap up a deal as soon as possible, should the fiscal conditions be right.

Celta have been big movers this summer, signing Joaquin Larrivey from Rayo Vallecano and could finalise the transfer of Pedro Pablo Hernandez, following his successful medical on Sunday.
