Almería announce Tomer Hemed signing
Almería have officially announced the signing of Israeli international striker, Tomer Hemed, who left Mallorca and signed on a free transfer at Estadio Juegos Mediterráneos.
Tomer Hemed has finally agreed terms on a two-year contract at Almería the club have announced officially, via their club website on Wednesday, following reports that he was set to make the move, but amidst strong interests from clubs both in Spain and overseas.
The 27-year-old striker joins Almería following three seasons with Mallorca, two in the Primera and one in the Segunda, along with plenty of experience in his native Israel with Maccabi Haifa and Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv.
Almería see the player as a complete forward, who offers their team a variety of options, abilities and strengths and he becomes the seventh signing of a busy early summer of activity at the club.
