AC Milan to offer €12m for Valencia’s Sofiane Feghouli
Italian Serie A side, AC Milan are reportedly set to offer €12 million for Valencia’s Sofiane Feghouli after making the Algerian international a top transfer target following his impressive 2014 World Cup campaign.
According to Spanish sports daily, Superdeporte, new AC Milan manager, Pipo Inzaghi is leading the charge for Feghouli, while the two clubs continue negotiations over the permanent transfer of French centre-back, Adil Rami.
Milan’s first priority is sealing a move for Rami before negotiating for Feghouli, as they are prepared to present an offer of €12 million.
This isn’t the first time that AC Milan have shown interest in the player, who recently signed a new contract extension last year, as they tried to sign the 24-year-old in 2010 for €6-8 million.
Valencia are expected to reject the offer, as it would be well below the player’s market value following the World Cup and are unwilling to budge on their asking price for Rami.
