Hachim Mastour arrives in Malaga ahead of loan from AC Milan
AC Milan starlet Hachim Mastour arrived in Malaga on Monday afternoon as the 17-year-old prepares for his medical ahead of his season-long loan spell with the Andalusians.
Malaga have been tracking the former Real Madrid target to bolster their squad before the close of the summer transfer window on Tuesday afternoon and the deal is set to be finalised on Monday pending a successful medical, which was further confirmed by the player’s arrival to Andalusia Monday afternoon.
Sergi Darder, despite every public comment from Malaga stating that the Mallorcan will not leave the club this summer, all signs indicate that the midfielder will ultimately join Olympique Lyon before the close of the summer transfer window on Tuesday.
In that light, Malaga have been rigorously working in securing the loan for the Moroccan-born star, who carried an Italian passport.
Malaga want to sign the player to a loan with an option to purchase at the end of the season for a fee of around €5 million.
Following the agreement, Malaga came to personal terms with the player, allowing the club to allow Darder to make his move to Ligue 1 by Tuesday evening.
