Huesca 1-4 Barcelona B: Barca youngsters take advantage of lax Huesca defence

Ten days after this game was originally scheduled to be played, Barça B again travelled to Aragon to finally play the match v Huesca. The pitch was in fine condition this evening compared to the swimming pool the players were confronted with last time out.

This was destined to be a big win for the away side however they had to come from behind after Huesca took the lead on 18. Despite being completely outplayed during that period, Camacho took advantage of some slack defending to put the hosts in front.

The goal aside, the first half belonged to Barca with Luis Alberto the main protaganist. The in-form striker twice went close for the visitors who couldn’t find the goals to accompany their superior interplay. HT Huesca 1-0 Barcelona B.

The second half took on the same ebb and flow and a wicked volley from Rafinha on 50 deserved better than rattling the crossbar. With Dongou and Deulofeu making their entrance, the Barca side took on a more attacking look which paid dividends just after the hour.

Two goals in three minutes saw Barca take the lead. On 67 Sergi Gomez drew the Blaugrana level and Rafinha doubled the tally on 69. Deulofeu, who ran the show after he came on, had a legitimate goal chalked off for offside, but he was not to be denied.

In a fine end to the game for the visitors Deulofeu sent them further ahead on 87 and Luis Alberto added gloss to the final score with a 4th in injury time. Eusebio will have also been bouyed by the late introduction of Agostinho Ca, making debut some 3 months after signing for the Catalans.
