Mourinho will not coach Real Madrid next season

Jose Mourinho will not be the coach of Real Madrid next season after his relationship with club President Florentino Perez finally broke down, according to Marca.

The early morning Monday news coming out of Madrid is that Mourinho will leave the club next summer after his on-off relationship with Perez broke down following the 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid on Saturday.

The Portuguese coach and the club are also reportedly agreed on a substantial settlement fee to part ways as both parties have agreed that the cycle has come to an end.

Mourinho believes Florentino “is committing suicide” with the decisions and has felt unloved after receiving no backing from Perez over incidents this season, including cases involving Sergio Ramos, Alberto Toril and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mourinho will leave on June 30th with early reports of a return to the Premier League being sounded.
