Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo believes his side must beat Barcelona at Camp Nou in Sunday night to make up for the Derby defeat to Real Madrid earlier this month.

“In the derby we lost three points. If you look beyond the fact that they are our rivals, those are three lost points,” Cerezo told reporters at a cocktail party.

“And now we have to retrieve them from wherever we can, even Barca. If we win, then we will have to focus on Celta. We have to take it one game at a time and do not think about the title.”

Cerezo also spoke about Radamel Falcao and the ongoing interest from Premier League club Chelsea.

“The topic of Falcao is an easy one. He has a contract with the club and he is tied to us now.”
