Mourinho’s 600th game as a coach

Jose Mourinho is set to coach his 600th professional match when his Real Madrid side face Valencia on Tuesday night in the Copa del Rey.

mouThe Portuguese coach managed 185 games with Chelsea, 127 with Porto, 108 with Inter Milan, 20 with Uniao Leiria, 11 with Benfica and currently has 148 with Real Madrid.

The match against Valencia will therefore signal a milestone for Mourinho who will make his 600th appearance as coach.

Mourinho made his debut as coach in 2000 with Benfica and has spent 12 years, mostly successful at the very top of the footballing ladder.

His best win percentage has been with Real Madrid, where his win record is currently set at 72%, just one more than his time with Porto.
