Adil Rami to join AC Milan on loan

Valencia’s beleaguered centre-back, Adil Rami will reportedly join AC Milan on loan for the remainder of the season with a permanent option to buy at the end of the campaign.

Adil Rami arrives back at Valencia for his disciplinary hearingValencia have suspended Rami without pay and are looking for a quick exit for the Frenchman, with Milan being the likeliest of choices and according to Spanish sports daily, AS the deal could be completed in a matter of house if all parties come to an agreement.

Rami considered joining Serie A side, Roma to reunite with his former Lille manager, Rudi Garcia, but Milan offered more in terms of compensation.

Milan will take the cup-tied Rami on loan but the permenant purchase option, while it will not be effective until the 2014 summer transfer window opens, will be paid in advance.

Valencia are eager to be rid of Rami and have him out of the picture, while the French defender will train outside the group until January, when the cup-tied player will be able to fully be incorporated into the group.
