The home side were definately the better side against an Osasuna team who have been in fine form all season, with wins against the likes of Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao already.

Twice, during the first half the home side were denied by the woodwork but they did not have to wait long for the opening goal.

Much traveled Portuguese striker Helder Postiga diverted in Luis Garcia’s free-kick on 27 minutes.

However, despite all their possession and attacking play, Zaragoza failed to add more to Postiga’s strike and they were made to pay when centre-back Roversio popped up to score a last gasp leveller for Osasuna.
