Alex Song reportedly linked with summer move to Manchester United
Barcelona defensive midfielder, Alex Song has been limited in his playing time since joining the Catalan giants in a £15 million move from Arsenal in the summer of 2012 and could be looking at making a move back to the Premier League for more first-team football.
According to English radio station, talkSPORT, Manchester United manager, David Moyes will have £150 million to spend this summer and has seen Song as a viable and realitively inexpensive transfer the could shore up his midfield, an area that has plagued his squad this season.
In addition, he would be reuniting with his former Gunners team-mate, Robin Van Persie, a pairing that benefited both players at the Emirates.
Song has integrated well since his first season at Barcelona and while he looks to be playing more this season, the Cameroonian international could be looking for more minutes and will likely assess his option at the end of the season.
