Sevilla goalkeeper Diego López believes his team must not show fear, following four league matches without a win.

 After a run of disappointing results in the league for Sevilla, experienced goalkeeper Diego López believes that “this situation is for people with balls and who know how to cope.”

The pressure is on at Sevilla, after four league matches without a win, but López showed confidence in his team-mates, by adding: “I don’t see anyone in the changing room with fear. We just need a game where fortune smiles on us a little more.”

“Right now is the time to be united.” He continued. “In this team we are and we’ll give everything to take things forward.”

On Thursday, Sevilla head to Anoeta to take on Real Sociedad. López believes nothing less than three points will be enough, to turn their situation around.

“We need to win on Thursday and from there, change the dynamics of the matches. It’s a crucial game for the team and for the club. We’ll be going there with the mindset that we can turn things around.”
