Departing Barcelona manager, Pep Guardiola and future manager Tito Vilanova squared off against each other in a match to raise money in the ever growing combat on Poverty.

Guardiola’s side were the winners in the match organised by local Catalan television station, TV3.

Team Pep consisted of : Busquets, Adriano, Tello, Dos Santos, Muniesa, Iniesta, Gustavo, Rodri and Masip.

Team Tito consisted of : Pinto, Piqué, Montoya, Xavi, Bartra, Pedro and Espinosa.

Barcelona keeper, Victor Valdes played the outfield for both sides, with a ’1o’ taped to the back of is jersey, and Messi written on the back in tape.

Villa, Cuenca, Thiago, and Puyol also participated in a non-playing capacity as Pep Guariola’s side beat Team Tito in a penalty shoot-out, after the match ended in a 8-8 draw in front of a packed house at the Palau Sant Jordi.

Barca donated €300 for every goal scored and showed off their newly presented 2012/2013 kits.
