Jose Mourinho’s problems are mounting with the news that Cristiano Ronaldo will miss next weekend’s game against Osasuna.

No one could’ve foreseen how the managers’ decision to bench Iker Casillas once more would backfire on him so quickly, Casillas’ replacement Adan sent off against Real Sociedad after just six minutes after bringing down Carlos Vela.

The straight red will see Adan miss the Osasuna clash with Casillas being reinstated between the posts.

Another player to miss the Osasuna clash will be Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese winger received his fifth yellow card of the season against Sociedad for pushing.

This will be the first time the player has been suspended for an accumulation of yellow cards, having only previously missed games when being given a straight red card.

Bottom club Osasuna are desperate for points and Real Madrid have not always done as well as expected at the Estadio Reyno de Navarra.
