Wenger quotes contradict Villa and Lopez reports
Arsene Wenger has all but denied reports his Arsenal side have made moves for Spanish pair David Villa and Adrian Lopez.

Reports earlier this week had stated that the Gunners had made a £10m bid for Atletico Madrid forward Adrian and that a move for Barcelona’s David Villa was also in the pipeline.
However, Wenger has spoken ahead of his side’s FA Cup tie with Swansea and refused to be drawn on any such speculation.
“(I’m expecting it to be) very calm because, first of all, I believe there is little money and what can happen is basically a transfer market within the English clubs,” Wenger told Arsenal Player.
“That is more difficult than with the foreign clubs. Overall, I believe that not a lot will happen.
“The clubs have to look at the finances. What makes the clubs are the fans and what makes the fans is the economy. On that front, nobody is really sure what will happen in 2013.”
How does that contradict the reports? not at one point did he contradict any report
